Double Xp Week Gone?

    So, I've been experiencing issues with the double XP. I've constantly been checking servers for the XP bonus but I cannot find any. I heard that Selvut said that it was turned off because someone abused it to get 4x XP. Please tell me this isn't true, I really don't want to grind at the Herb Cave anymore!
