    Preferably have it able to be used with gravity and curse, but it's aight if that can't be fitted in

    fools dont understand cascade
    gravity is a bad idea tho
    anyhoo heres my rainbow build, if you want 94 int for 3 mana meteors but dont have good enough stardust/libra you can change one of the rings to get more (facile or prism)
