Does "xp Bonus" Affect Quest Rewards Xp?

    I am curious about the xp bonus because I am about to turn in a whole bunch of the mini-quests all at once and if I can make more xp, that would be great.

    XP bonus does not affect quests, it used to do so a few years ago though.
    From what i know it was changed so they were no longer affected, but the quest xp rewards were buffed quite a lot. Newer quests like the mini-quests presumably were already balanced with the amount they give
