Does Lvl Affect Quest Xp

So in my recent efforts to make an easy way for myself to get 5-6 classes to lvl100 in txp because i did it in 7hours with 202% (50 of max!) xp bonus. What I'm wondering is if level affects quest xp because if so I need to basically redo my whole strategy.

I'm 90% sure it doesnt but it does for mobs and i've heard different people say it does and doesn't and now im confused.

You are right, it doesn't. But the amount of xp gained from quests at your current level seems higher, due to the quest often being made to give a relevant amount of xp on its level, which seems like nothing later on

 

It only affects the XP you get if your level is too low. For instance, the XP gained from the only quest that is affected by this, the Tower of Ascension quest, is reduced if you complete it at, say, Lv 45. But that is the only instance.

 

You won't get 100lv on 202% and even dxp because i have 205% and end up with 97 after all, got from 72 to 80 by wynn D, and from qira 87 to 88.

That's the thing.... You can get from 80 to 88 with qira... No idea what u did
