SPOILER Does Anyone Know How To Get Mythic Weapons?

I want to get a mythic weapon for my friend. He is about the same level as me and I want to surprise him by getting him a really good assasin blade. Does anyone know where I can get the Mage, Archer, Warrior and Assasin mythic weapons at?

 

Well you gotta be really lucky.... Loot chests and grinding mobs are the ways to get them
But the chance is 1 in a million
They're mostly found around level 90 though
There are lower level ones but they're not considered good
But seeing your level is 51 I wouldn't recommend looking for mythics yet
If you want a good dagger maybe find a chakram? (Level 70)

Mythic weapons don't exist.

Well, they do, but they are so rare you probably won't find one (even after leveling all the way to lv100). They have a really low spawn rate and are extremely expensive on the player market.

If you want to attempt to find one, try either 1) looting chests or 2) grinding mobs. Try to get a high looting set to increase your chances. But even then, after doing those things multiple times, you probably won't find one because they are ridiculously hard to find...

 

First of all make sure you are around the mythics level. Most mythics are rather high levels, with a few exeptions (Pure, AZ, Archangel, maybe Apocalypse).

Other then that, mythics have a 0.0007% chance to drop so are very rare. They are obtainable trough all loot sources including mobs, chests, daily rewards, item bombs and even flower post (not recommended)

Other ways include buying them from other players, but this is rather expensive.

 

Yeah, and he won't be using it for years. He'll probably get scammed for like 10 LE or something.

 

I've only found 1 and I have 3 level 100s and loot run EVERY day

To give some exact prices most high level mythics(90+) can range some where from 3 stacks of Le to 15 stacks and even more for some specific mythics.

Loot bonus % effects mobs and regular loot chests (and maybe with daily loot chest?), don't think they effect anything else. Sometimes you may not notice the difference when wearing a lot of loot bonus % and not wearing a lot of loot bonus % since drop rates are just so random. So it is possible to get like, 5 Mythic-tier items within 5 loot chests, or none at all for a whole year.

Since mob grinding and loot chest runs are the some of the most favorable ways to get a Mythic-tier item, loot bonus % equipment tend to be quite popular. Don't worry, you don't really require loot bonus % to find a Mythic-tier item. Not every % (really) counts. I found my first Mythic with 7% loot bonus in so little time, while for months I used 130% loot bonus.

Mobs tend to drop equipment that is near their level, like up to 10 levels or so. But unfortunately, I am pretty sure the finding chances decrease per level apart, since I once found the legendary boots Capricorn (higher level compared to Freezing Heights area) within several weeks of grinding in Freezing Heights, but a lot of other reoccurring legendaries (that are closer to the level of Freezing Heights area).

So if you are going to mob grind, make sure that mob is close to the level of that desired Mythic. And of course, you should try to be at that level the mob you are grinding. Items tend to drop less frequently from mobs that have a wider range of levels between yourself and the mob. Personally, I'd go for loot chests since I really only play one class -- that class being level 101 -- and the lack of level >97 mobs.

And don't expect the Mythic. Just don't, it'll probably cripple you to pieces after several weeks of nonstop grinding. Other than that, find your friend some cool powders or other neat equipment pieces in the meantime.
