Dodegar's Ultimate Weapon

    So i was walking around en then i found the home of the hobbits. There was this merchant selling a Dodegar's Ultimate Weapon for 7 LE.

    My Question is has anyone found this merchant before? And does anyone have bought this Weapon?
    And is it for all classes?

    The weapon is a dagger
    You get this weapon from the quest, 'The Ultimate Weapon' at lvl 75 I believe. The stats are pretty shit, so unless you wanna keep it as a collectible or sell it to the artefact merchant for 7 LE, there's no use lol
