so im trying to do the ''The House of Twain'' quest and to do it i need a ghostly cap that i saw from a guide that you need 1 le for... is it still 1 le cause i havnt check

Mobs around the mansion drop the ghostly armor

 

You can also get it by obtaining three "ghostly" items from mobs around the mansion; just explore and you'll bump into them (hints: one is in a graveyard, one in a hallway, the other in a room).
Once you have all three items you go to the third floor and toss the items onto the diamond block to fabricate yourself an unidentified Ghostly Cap. For your convenience there is an IDer right outside the mansion.

 

But its not for free 'cause you have to identify it
