Do You Guys Think This Is A Good Mage Build?

So I've been considering a build and want to know if you guys think it's good.

Helmet: Third Eye-mana regen and spell damage
Chest plate-Leo- for health
Leggings- Electrocharge- for 2 teir attack speed
Boots-Memento- mana regen and spell damage
You have a concentration and a 3 piece jester set as Accesories- concentration for mana regen, jester set for 300 spell damage.
This builds main stats mazes are around
9-10k health
2 teir attack speed
10/4 mana regen
625 spell damage
-10% melee(this changes based on Leo, and memento negates -spell damage%).

Main Weapon- I like to use pure because of very high spell damage. As a secondary weapon, Use hive infused wand or bobs mythic.

 

u should change electro to crystal , leo to mummy rag
then put 100 int , 75 agi then the rest to def
Mage dont need much health like that , mage had heal anyway

 

I threw away my mummy's rag when I was very low leveled b/c I didn't know attack speed op :(. I'm thinking about starting up a new class just to get the chest plate back.
