Do You Guys Think Id Based Items Will Go Down In Price?

For example the greaves of honour price is based on its xp bonus.When the gameplay update comes out we will be able to reidentify items.Therefore with logic the prices for id based armor/weapons should go down as they can be obtained a little easier.Tell me what you guys think about this.
