    I need a lot of help/. I am trying to create a guild. so I get my le and go to troms. well I searched troms top and bottom and I couldn't find the guild master. someone please help

    Yes, guilds do exist, the location of the guildmaster changed to Cinfras, which is in the gavel providence.
