    For example 4 concentration 5%/1sec makes you have 20%/4sec?

    Yes and no. For as far as I know it'd turn into 5%/1 sec -> 20%/1 sec. I know there are a lot of bugs with powder specials, so this info might not be reliable.

    I know that they don't on weapons, idk about on armour. If they do... Matryoshka Shell+20 T6 powders of any type apart from I guess water = instant op
