Disconnected when transferring to another server

So in the past i made my brother play wynncraft, but recently he got a new pc and got his windows updated to win 11 and now with his new pc he is unable to join wynncraft at all

When i attempted first to join with wynntils artemis and several mods it just said timed out,
at first i though it was a matter of trying again, didnt work
then i closed minecraft and reopened, didnt work.
I logged out his account and logged in again, didn't work
logged out his account and entered in my account, didnt work
i opened vanilla minecraft, didnt work which then i proceeded to open another random server and i entered normally on both accounts.
At which i tend logged in my pc (win 10) and worked normally for both accounts.
At this point checking firewall or any sort of blockage is useless because, i literally entered other servers why wynncraft is specifically blocked, i tried reading logs and it always failed when something about HADES/NETTY redirecting to a new server appeared (followed by funny, wynntils not having a gui for this error)
