    Are you sure you typed in the correct username? You may have made a typo. If so, you will have to ask the staff for a refund or for them to change the account you get the rank on. If you DID type in your username correctly, there is probably some sort of bug in the system

    If you are talking about your forums account, you need to type /forum in-game to link your account.
