did they change any statictis in items?

hello i've returned for the x-th time to the game but i couldn't play with the build i've for sure played before and idk why. the issue is that i lack 2 agility points to wear Weathered but i'm sure i've distributed the Skill Points properly.

that's my set for now:
Gale's Sight
Conduit of Spirit
Anaerobic
Steamet Walkers
Olive Moon Pool Circlet Prowess Bottled Thunderstorm
Weathered
my only tome gives me 18% loot bonus and 5% healing efficiency (sorry i don't know how to use the wynnbuilder site so i just typed the names of my items)

Skill Points are:
60 strength, 30 dexterity, 68 intelligence, 4 defence, 108 agility

does anyone know how to fix it or what i did wrong that i can't equip my weapon but i could have before? thanks!
