    I've create a new Mage and when i go to the location i found in 1.15 relic not appear i find nothing on this subject so please answer me.

    Relics were removed. It should be in the changelog.

    Inferno's strat for farming Tier VI powders.
    Sit in Detlas and wait for the powder boi to come and sell you powder stuff and then apply.

    or you can farm slime dungeon and buy the t4 powders, loot running, decrepit sewers (early game grind)
