Desired Damage?

so basically, what is the "average" damage a person should do? not too low or high, but just "good"

i guess the type of damage is spell damage and well use the third spell learned per class as a base

 

Interesting question. I'll say it's for a level 100, and the build is supposed to be balanced (not tank or glass cannon). I also think Spin Attack would be better for assassin as a baseline than Multihit.

I'll do it based on elemental builds, because that changes it a lot. Oh gosh, this is going to be so off, someone please correct me...
(Earth/Thunder/Water/Fire/Air format)

Archer: 9K/8K/7K/5K/6K
Mage: 10K/8K/6K/7K/6K
Warrior: 10K/9K/8K/9K/7K
Assassin: 12K/14K/9K/7K/8K

Okay, you're welcome.
One thing I would mention, to clear up my logic for making these:

-Air usually has low damage, as it focuses more on speed. However, assassins/archers do have some very good Air weapons.
-Fire, if not Air, has the lowest damage because it is a focus on defense, not offense.
-Water varies quite a bit. I'm not quite sure of the numbers I have here, they could be inaccurate.
-Thunder is very random, but often can go very high (see Cataclysm and Fatal). Super high damage.
-Earth's entire point is damage, no surprise there.

 

these are better considered for DPS values. Mages is much lower, something like 6k though for earth.
