Defiled cave not dropping emeralds?

    Like the title says, I was grinding at the defiled cave and hit lvl 75. I went off and picked up some new gear, when i was doing so I remembered about emerald pouches(I'm a returning player). I picked up a IIV pouch and thought about going back to the defiled cave to "test" it. apon killing a bunch more envoys I found NONE of them are dropping emeralds! whats going on? any help would be awesome!

    I guess I would have dropped it when I upgraded gear yeah. Do I need stealing?? thats probably it!

    for getting emeralds on hit you do
    for getting emeralds on death, you always get it, but maybe you just werent killing fast enough or got unlucky lol
