Warrior/Knight Defense Build

So I got a currently lvl 100 almost 101 warrior, I have an apoc and want to make a defense build for GW, raids, LI, etc. I'm not nearly rich enough to afford guardian or any other mythic. Does anyone have any good builds they could recommend? I dont care for damage, just being able to tank damage.

Currently The 2 pieces of gear I plan on using no matter what is apoc and strobelight (and maybe a bit of life steal in terms of stats as an added bonus)
apoc, since its my best def weapon, and even with its nerf that life steal is pretty neat.
Strobelight, because as a tank, I want the mobs/boss attacking me, not the weaker players im with who deal dmg.

I suck at builds so if anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it!
