Decrypt Sewers

A bit of backstory -I've already completed the dungeon- Where can I find the enemy that is in possession of the Decrypt Sewer Key as I can't seem to find the spawn area.

 

Just remember key guardians are rare mobs and that they don't spawn as often. A place to find Decrepit Sewer Key Guardians can be around Emerald Trail. Other level 1-10 areas can also spawn them.

 

You can find em, like @banana0401 said around ragni , emerald trail and also around Maltic etc, or you could just buy it :D

 

Makes sense that they're more rare, I just kept running into them when I wastrying to complete the quest where you build your second weapon with the item you get from the guy near the forest.
Is it possible that once you complete the dungeon they become more rare.

 

Once you complete the dungeon, their spawn rates stay the same as before; nothing changes.
