Is this awful item? Or this overpowered, but we don't know how to use this item?

Actually.. earth/thunder items are meant to be awful, and hard to use.

They have high damage for the cost of course, but when you think you've reached the enough skill points for it, you'll see that you don't have much skill points to use for int/def/agi, making it hard to use for the real fights.
(Even if 10k meteor is high for unique weapon, people won't find it because there's easier/more stable builds which can reach that damage easily, and doesn't require much risks.)
