So now.. I don't know which one but i'm pretty sure one of these guys: (Because they were in builders and GMs section of the gavel expansion credits)

Is/Are the one(s) who built the statue at/near/in Kandon-Beda.
Anyway, I was climbing around on the mountains, exploring, and I got some cool views of the statue. When I did, I just had to come here and say, whoever you are, whoever built this masterpiece.. You're absolutely incredible!

Definitely not serious, but yeah, thanks to the build team for making Gavel, especially Kandon-Beda statue.

If only it was actually used for something besides decoration and a parkour entrance to Kandon-Beda

 

I can not say for sure, but an old builder named Corroded (who was named) was really good at organics. I would think he made it. He was a great builder.
