    Royal Cyclone Amuler/Royal Stormy Amulet

    Balanced Powder Hive Wand
    Bob's Mythic Wand

    Chipped Leather Armor, Depressing Bow/Wand/Shears/Spear; No accessories needed. Very OP build that can do 50k bombs, spins, uppercuts, and meteors.

    Well one is supposed to beat every boss under the conditions, but I decided to just makee the optimal build for it.
