Dauntless.

its ok, i guess
i mean, i just really like the "art style," even if it's reminiscent of fortnite; it does its job to appeal to players and the microtransactions are really nonexistent unless u want more potions. it really is incomplete still, and i havent gotten that far to the rng of drops or even got to dire patrols, as im still building everything beforehand (weapons, upgrades, armors, upgrades, etc.). you can also see some areas are incomplete at ramsgate, such as the big building with two guards at the front (possibly something with guilds or a faction of some sort), a training area right behind gregario, several shops missing such as the few behind the weapons blacksmith and even the tavern behind kat sol. we'll just have to see what the developers have in store, currently, it seems their primary focus has been matchmaking which has actually been overall better as i had a 56000 queue time (took 3 hours) but today i was able to log in relevantly the same time with no queue whatsoever.
its ok, let's not judge yet, yes it has fortnite written all over it, i recommend you buy this seasons hunt pass if your around level 25 on it already (previous seasons actually sucked and this one looks cooler).

also fuck y'all monster hunter world dudes, im not paying 60 bucks for a black desert online class system mixed with monsters from daunt- wait this actually sounds like a bad ass game wtf.

 

I've been playing Dauntless for roughly 2 weeks (I started playing right before it came out for xbox/ps4), and I love it. Most of the behemoths are pretty fun to fight and doing the behemoths alone each time I unlock them before doing it with others is immensely satisfying. All the weapons are balanced out to benefit a certain playstyle, and each functions well in a team or solo environment. Cosmetically, I overall like the style as well. However, the game is probably a lot more challenging for me than others since it has introduced me to these types of games. While I have had my fair share of ass whoopings, I would expect that there are those who are able to breeze through all the behemoths with ease. I'd recommend downloading it to those who haven't done so, as it is free anyway, in order to try it out and see if you enjoy it as much as I do. Currently, my favorite weapon to use is the sword (originally, it was the chain blades).

I've been wanting to record Dauntless as well, but I'm horrid at commentating over it (then again, my old Wynn livestreams consist of me saying "weeeee" every 3 seconds, so I guess that's nothing new). However, I believe (though not for sure, as I don't look at many outside sources such as guides) I'm at the final two behemoths you can unlock, so I'll probably try and record those.

Also, interrupting as a sword main is an unearthly plain of timing I have yet to ascend to outside of on Embermane and hell even then I still miss time it by a milisecond and end up getting hit anyway.
