The Entry Fortress to Fruma and Theory FATE Data File

So, this is a interesting one, because at this point in time, this is not on the wynn map online at ALL, being outside its barriers.
So either one of the mods completely forgot to place this off limits, or this is a intentional tease for Fruma.
Either way, i do plan to talk about it, despite the fact the fortress itself does not have much to offer, merely a few empty corridors.
But there are things of note here, which i wish to show you.
Imperial Guards
Several of these guards defend the fortress, each at level 60.
Keeping this in mind, i will guess the province would be from around level 60 to 120 or so.
But this is a decent guess at best, so don't be surprised if it turns out to be lower or higher than this.
TNT placement next to the wall to Fruma
This one is very well hidden from the guards, who don't patrol around this.
While i am unsure what can be done about this, it is clear that someone from OUTSIDE Fruma wants to get in.
I would not be surprised if this was the work of Wynnexcavation, who already exploited Wynn for their own ends.
But it is hard to say.

Watchtowers
To the left and right of the door are these built in watchtowers, which contain some books, water, and furnaces.
From a military standpoint, it seems like archers would be able to use these to fire at those approaching the door.
Thankfully none are posted here at this point.
A Unknown Tomb
I have no idea about this one.
A tomb, located right next to the gate of Fruma, with blood surrounding it and serious damage to the structures nearby?
This could be just about anything.
Perhaps this was a fellow soldier?

The Doorkeeper
This doorkeeper is the only guard who would speak to me, but he/she has something quite important to say.
This goes with my theory, which i shall explain now.
Theory FATE
Alright, let us all be realistic for a second.
Our relationship with the people of Gavel has been....less than ideal.
Despite finding a province which is free of the darkness of the physical corruption, we had to deal with economic corruption and somewhat unethical villagers instead.
Fruma may be a different case entirely.
If Fruma has closed its borders and given the order to kill those who try to enter, this can mean a few different things.
One, Her Majesty has something very real to fear from the people of Wynn and Gavel, and she is trying to prevent that threat, despite using such extreme methods.
Two, she wants to hold her authority to keep Fruma as her own.
Three, she is worried about the potential issues that those from Wynn and Gavel may bring, such as economic and physical corruption.
I cannot say for sure, but i do say this.
We MUST NOT take such a scenario lightly, because we have a chance to have a better relation with the People of Fruma.
Let us not waste it by putting up walls between our people.

This is the most likely theory; the Corruption and Decay both started about 1000 years ago. Fruma blocked off its borders only two months later.
In fact, it's possible that this theory was confirmed, but I don't have a source for that, so it remains a theory for now.

I'd like to add something to this:

The "something" she's afraid of is probably either the Corruption, the Decay, or both, including the monsters brought forth by them. So really, this is almost the same as the third theory.

 

why is it so goddamn big

 

that area is not on the map because of corkus, they would have to render the whole map again (whitch takes time) and I guess they are waiting for the next update to update the map.

 

Going off of Yuno's comment, the Wynnter Update pushed the map to include Corkus and the Entry Fortress to Fruma because they had to get the Craftmas 2k16 quest out during Wynnter. The Content Team didn't update the Wynncraft Map because they don't want to spoil us the landscape of Corkus, which explains the multiple NPCs around the border of Corkus saying that we can't enter yet. You would also get blocked if you try to enter with a message saying that Corkus is not ready.

In the early stages of release, I posted a thread about the dagger on the Frumian fortress, mistaking it for the queens head. Could you blame me? It looked like a face and a crown.
