Guide Data File On Peculiar One And Theory Glitch

Peculiar One and Theory GLITCH Data File
Suggested by @Tantibus and MANY MANY others, at least 12.
This data file would not exist without the assistance of @Selvut283 , and his kindness in allowing me to discover this in the first place.
Finally, Spoilers for the Fantastic Voyage quest

Health: 5800
Attack Power: 2 hearts with Level 83 sequencer helmet, level 82 meteoric aegis chestplate, level 86 Marsh Waders leggings, and level 84 Ensa's ideals boots
Spawning Location: Only located on Getaway Island, location outside known world.
This is the Peculiar One, a unique mob that only exists in a far off location.
This mob seems to exist in another world, unlike any i have seen.
Along with its Otherworldly inhabitants, it is clear they are quite peculiar in their existence.
Truthfully, i dont have enough info on what possible powers they may have to say much.
But i am thankful regardless.
As you will see below, i have a....unique relationship with this mob, and now that i have finished the quest, i wonder if there is a way to see it again.
Theory GLITCH
So, normally i keep the real world separate from my data files, for quite a few reasons.
However, this mob has quite the story to it, and it is not something i am willing to leave out of its existence.
Man...where do i begin?
Alright, i suppose i should start by saying that this mob would not exist without the efforts of me and Selvut283, as we technically discovered it back in 2015 before the forums were wiped.
Would it be possible to show the conversation, i would happily do so, but i don't know how.
Around March 27, 2015, i was requested to try and find a special mob in wynncraft by Selvut283.
After searching for around a couple of MONTHS, i found it, shown in the picture below.

It is extremely hard to see, but there is a wither skull floating about in this picture, and me and Selvut gave it the name, the Peculiar One.
The mob was considered nearly impossible to find because it only showed up for a split second, which you can tell by the amount of tries it took to get a picture of it.
Over time, i managed to find this mob in more locations, as shown below.




I was truly amazed by this entity, so i made a data file on it.
Then....things got a bit haywire.
I tried to make it official to wynn's canon, and i annoyed a few of the mods, who knew what this was actually.
In reality, the Peculiar One was a sort of byproduct of the code of either wynncraft or minecraft itself.
I know that at least 3 mods told me to give it a rest before @Headset_O convinced me.
In truth, im glad he did.
Still being somewhat young in college, i admit i went too far when it came to trying to create a existence for it, and even when i became mod, the mods told me this was the one file they had issues with.
It was a learning experience for me, and i truly own it to my friends and fellow mods for their honest criticism.
Regardless, i am glad this occurred.
It helped me learn more about communication with others as a whole, and how things are not always as they seem.
Truly, thank all of you who replied to my original post for the Peculiar One.
It really means a lot to me.

I found this in fanstastic voyage and was gonna tell u but was to lozy

 

Dont worry about it, a LOT of people told me about this before i did the quest.
I only looked at the mob for the first time when i did the quest however.

I think the I've seen the wither skull glitch in the normal minecraft. I think it happens when a Wither shoots a skull and it doesn't hit anything, then starts slowing down for some reason.

 

That may be it, i am certain it is connected to the games code, which is why i dont want to say too much about it.

Yes, yes...
we all know about the famed Wither called the 'peculiar one'... But this one has A WAY better name!

 

So thats what the wither heads in the stolen server were. I saw clusters of these things in the sky, but it was on the pre-gavel server. I guess there must be CMD blocks summoning these and then removing them at random.

 

Just to clear up

The withers serve for the bossbar at the top
When you get out if their range, another one summons by you, but since invis takes a bit of time to act, you could see the wither for a bit

You know that bossbar ontop of your screen to show shit? Servers use/d withers or dragons to make those I think.
