cutting right to the chase
im somewhat against female-oriented armor models that show too much skin
mostly because: if theres a wide-open belly-dancer with nothing but scraps of steel on her sacred zones,
the second you blink in her direction, there's already a big red stain on where she just stood
thats why Rowan, despite her job as a "bodyguard", simply wears a comfortable tank top and jean shorts for her main outfit, basically as a mockery for said fanservice armor
i mean, i get it if its purely for sexual appeal, but come on

good question; the crown also poses as an insult
it's a joke on how most end-game sets are so hilariously good, one piece of armor could count for an average armor set all by itself
basically, it's a piece of armor so high-quality, its presence alone is makeshift armor strong enough to resist bullets, absorb a few explosions, shrug off melee blows and withstand high-tier magical attacks
