Dark Descent; Quest Still Bugged

The ruby isn't collecting, and I'm inside the eye socket in the alternate realm. I've /kill' ed myself twice and redid the parkour (and whole quest line including the breaking floor and the stupid tunnel) and it still isn't working. I saw a thread from two years ago, the same bug is still happening to me. I've also relogged multiple times and the ruby isn't picking up if I left or right-click it

(edit): left the ruby alone after relogigng and ran down the tunnel, quest played out like usual and I didn't have the ruby in my inventory the whole time
