Dark descent quest glitched

I was doing the dark descent quest . I used my teleport spell, and it teleported my out of the map. I subsequently died, but I did not complete the quest, and coannot get back to the 'strange dark realm'. Right now it says in the book for me to 'take the ruby from the eyesocket of the dark skull and leave the strange dark ream'. I am in Nemract now, but I still have the lowing ruby, which is now a players head. My username is _kaz0. Can you cancel a quest and restart it? What should I do?

 

Go back to the house Graken tells you to investigate at the start of the quest and you should be able to restart the quest
