Guide Damage Calculation Bible (updated 29 May 2021)

So. I (in collaboration with AIn) made a guide to damage calculation.

One big (20 pg :blobsweat: ) pdf condensing all of our knowledge about how damage is calculated. (except eledef interaction because we haven't gotten there yet help)

(Intended audience: People interested in how the game works. it goes into a lot of detail)

On page 9 it says that strength has an effect during a critical hit. Isn't this not the case (I thought it was reverted with the other str/dex changes)? Or did your testing show that it does in fact work this way?

 

Strength is always in effect. Testing shows that it works this way.

 

That's nice to know. So having str and dex isn't as useless as I thought
