Dagger: Liquified Sun L92 Conflicting Elements?

Came across this dagger ^ and noticed its two main dmgs come from fire and thunder. Given what we have heard about assassin builds, this weapon might cater towards an interestng build. It requires 40 points in Defense and 30 points in Dexterity. Are there any players using this build? And using this weapon? If not what alternative weapon is their favorite?

Liquified Sun stats are: Max Neutral/Fire/Thund dmg: 30/140/115.
+ 1313 health, 24% reflection, 8% thunder defense & 10% fire defense, gives 7def pts and 4dex pts.

 

i am using this build , just with a diffrent weapon (inferno) and yes it can work

 

All builds work in theory, you just have to get good items to make them work. And the perfect skill point set.
