Custom armour texture pack - how to use with Wynn's resource pack?

Hello, I'm trying to get a custom texture pack for armours to work with the server, but I can't adjust the priority of the resource packs so mine shows on top of Wynn's textures. Is there a way around this?

Is it something I'd have to dig into the files for? I'm fairly new to a lot of this. I'm just curious as I like seeing mine and other player's skins.

If you are willing to use mods, you can probably use this to hide armor
