    In order to complete the Creeper Infiltration quest, you need a mask right? To make the mask, you need a Green Powder but powders don't drop currently so what do I do other than trading?

    Yes, you can't get them normally, but the green powder I relic is still working. Since it is allowed to talk about powder relics, then just go into Nivla Woods and look for a relic shrine.
