crates not appearing

so i claimed my free crates before i logged onto wynncraft for the first time and now they don’t appear
i think the issue is probably that i claimed them before i logged on, is there any way i can still get them?

as you can see from this video (https://imgur.com/a/REra1m2) i cannot claim them

i assume there is no way, but just wanted to ask anyways. thanks!

 

Being online or not doesn’t affect you receiving the crates, if you aren’t aware they don’t appear in the normal inventory, rather in the crate menu inside of the “/use” menu (can also be reached via compass -> crates & cosmetics -> crates menu). If they don’t appear there despite you having claimed them, email [email protected] and explain the situation, include your ign and the transaction ID
