Crashing On Resource Pack Download

I recently tried to get my friend into playing Wynncraft but he is unable to join the server without instantly crashing. We tried other servers and it seemed to work, but for whatever reason he cannot get past loading the resource pack. We have tried reinstalling the game, we have tried changing the RAM, etc. Is this a common issue? Does anyone have an idea what may be happening or what needs to change?

 

You deleted the game and reinstalled it, but did you actually delete the .minecraft folder in AppData too?
Why does every player think that the issue could be caused by not enough RAM?
Minecraft works fine with 4GB of RAM without extra game-changing mods.
Someone had the same issue, and it was solved by using Prism Launcher for the Java Edition. It's open-source and safe.
Try joining Wynncraft through Prism Launcher. If you have the same issue, just reply again.
