Craftmas Chaos - Stuck In Quest

I am at the point where I spoke to Santa, walked through time portal in fireplace, spoke to young Tom, entered the crystal cave and fighting my way down. I get to a door with button (just behind the huge pink hanging crystal ceiling) and the chat says "you do not have permission to (enter)". Did i miss something? I retraced my steps back to the point where i thought my tp'ing down the steps at this last bit might have not-triggered something) but the door still said same thing. Please help as I am waiting at this point and am actually in hub.
