Cowfusion Quest, can't go back in the pit

I already read through other forum posts, but none of them had any usable answers, and no one on Discord ever responds to questions.

I’m currently doing the Cowfusion quest and had to fight the boss that you have to lure into the fire. Unfortunately, I died, and now I can’t get back down there. I went through the entire quest again, but Drale doesn’t open the hole anymore. He just says, “Welcome back to the office.”

How do I get back down there? I’ve tried everything, killing myself, using /class, and doing the quest step by step again. I can’t find a way down since it’s closed.

What am I supposed to do? This is so frustrating.
