Cow King Lore Speculation

have you ever been to the small stone tower outside cinfras?
if not i don't blame you its kinda a small area and not very notable other then one thing. atop this tower lies the cow king.
now one may wonder why does the cow king exist? what is his purpose and why is he here? i seek to solve this. now the first clue is the area. in front of cinfras are farms and fields and one special thing touotos.
these are strange things a species of bovine that seem to be near invincible. now one may think that the cow king simply is here because of them being the strongest cows. but no there is more here
ossified tourtos. that seem to only exist right near the cow king by this tiny river thing. my theory is that when tourtos get old they go and become stone. then after a short period this happens
they become de-ossfied tourtos once again returning to their baby form to live a new life in a eternal cycle. but that's not all because you see the tourtos near the cow king attack you right as they are reborn. this is a test from the cow king. any newly reborn tourto that can defeat a strong opponent is granted the cow kings blessing and evolve into a greater being.
bedrock bison the chosen of the cow king. these evolved tourtos blessed by their king have become strong a bipedal similar to the king himself. they come in 2 variants normal and armless. the armless tourtos traded their arms for powerful magic spells where the normal bison fight with melee weapons. this is the cow kings elite army. but now why is he doing this? its simple cinfras the cow king seeks to take over the city with a army of bedrock bison in name of the cow god. they are being funded by bovinist church secretly working alongside cow king to eventually take over all of gavel. but then you arrive climb the kings tower and slay him. saving gavel from its cow takeover. now a bit more on the king himself
now looking at this image of live combat with the king a few things can be known. first he wields a special blade like none other shining with rainbow energy. this is most likely a blade given to him by the cow god blessed with all the elements. next he has yellow boots most likely very powerful. the same goes for his helmet. one more thing he to note. the king looks near identical to drale. could they be brothers. could gale be next in line. or even an imposter. that is hard to determine however i connection is certain.
