Heya, I'm Corvusio. (Alright this is the most akward way to begin writing in a journal, but in case someone ends up reading it I might as well introduce myself) I do not intend to written any kind of stories here, just random thoughts and things I see around the provinces or even people I find interesting.

Anyway, you probably stopped reading at this point, in case you did not I-
I wish you to make a lot of liquid emeralds at the public market (I don't really know what other adventurers are usually looking for so I assume having a decent amount of money is always important)

    The protection of Corkus :

I have been wondering how exactly the "Patriots" of Corkus intend to isolate their islands from "external" threats. They can't even protect themselves from the inside, the factory, the avos ... guild wars. As a member of Avicia we fight a lot around the island for "recognition and interest", I know it's not the best way to describe it but you get the point.

There is an altar near the place called the "Bloody beach" I can't say for sure what it is, but it I'd dark magic for sure, some sort of decay spreading around it.
I even remember finding a cave with piles of flesh and dark stone making it's way through the land, corruption ? Who knows ... perhaps it is already too late ? I just wish for once they would stop ignoring the most obvious issues.

    Orienor the Dogun :

Do guns... hum ... they are beings made out of lava ? They are magic lava ? The doguns reside at the top of the Molten Heights, they have built a small village, they aren't selling anything and I think most of them just want to be alone, I cannot blame them, the dwarves are very efficient when it comes to murder, almost as good as the villagers, they just lack the mindset.

The Doguns have a strong orientation toward fire magic (Yes this is important) they can reshape the land, push back massive flows of lava. I visited the old city of Courag, I believe the Doguns knew how to harness energy from lava in order to power mechanisms and other structures, the dwarves have similar designs, but I do not think they are capable of making such thing themselves.
I noticed that the Doguns have small farms in their village, vegetables perhaps ? It was definitely a farm of some kind, but I hardly believe they eat rocks ... do they ?

I do not spend a lot of time around the Molten Heights, this place is even worse than the canyon of the lost (is it ?) I had never seen a Dogun outside of the Heights, until I met Orienor.

They are special, not because they act differently or because they possess amazing powers (actually they do).
I tend to judge people on the way they think and act, Orienor is honest, a bit clumsy (not because they are slow) but above all this Dogun is one of the most enthusiastic adventurer I got to come across.

As for now they are writting something about the dungeons scattered around Wynn and Gavel, I'm not sure they will be getting something out of this but their project gave me the occasion to go on a few amazing adventures with them. I would probably regret it if I ever refused to help them.

Orienor isn't only limited to fire magic, from what I understand they came into contact with cosmic magic and now they hum ... well it's hard to keep track with their explanations. All I know is that they talk with someone or something which gives them their powers, hopefully it's isn't another "side" in this war.

    Emorians :

Enemies ? Rivals ? Friends ? Guild politics never caught my attention, but recently Avicia and Emorians have been clashing to see which guild will earn the highest recognition. Corkus has been our battlefield for a few weeks, I hadn't fought like this since I left Shadowfall. It was fun ... until the resources at the Sea Cove were depleted, even the frozen fort of the Sky Island wasn't producting enough. I think both sides ended up concluding that we wouldn't be getting anywhere at this rate. So when we searched for new resources to exploit we happened to work together and to share. I can't really tell if we are competing anymore.
But I got to met nice people, to use a lot of sarcasm, to laugh a lot, to make myself look like and idiot (more than usual) and to improve my equipment a bit, it was about time I gave up my morph setS ... yes setS, my bank is now filled with about seven sets of morph armors ... I really need to get rid of that at some point.

I thought this would be akward to write, but I enjoy that a lot, I think I'm going to continue ...
I apologise for all the grammar errors but believe me I'm doing my best.
