Music Corkus, Wybels And Rock An Roll

k, so, 3 days, took me doing this song (I'm a newbie music + no ideas), then i noticed that Wybel Island has no personal song, what sucks cause I LOVE WYBELS!!!!!! WYBELS!!!!!!! HEHEHE WYBELS!!!!!!!... ahem, sorry, also when i was at the middle i thought in Corkus for some reason, enjoy it.

I can hear some inspiration from stormy seas in this, I think its the chords. Nice song tho! :)

 

yeh, i had no ideas and when i was traveling to Corkus in game i heard Stormy seas, but i change it a little, i'm using a different scale on it

Here's what I think of the song:
I like the beat, but there's one thing I want to tell you. I don't think the melody really matches the "theme" of the Wybel island. To be more specific, let me put it this way. You know how the Olux music sounds really miserable and depressing? It fits the theme because Olux is part of the decay. Or, take Rodoroc for example. The music in Rodoroc sounds like music that would fit in a burning/hell-like place. Again, this would fit the the theme because Rodoroc is in the Molten Heights. Last example that I think is the best. The House of Twain music sounds spooky and ominous. These 3 areas are the only areas with really good music off the top of my head, but there are other good ones out there.

 

:c ik as i said im a kinda newbie composer, i don't really know 'bout the theme, also how @XavierEXE get his ideas, seriously, it tooks me 3 days found a rythm that i liked, however, ik this theme is doesn't match with the Wybel Island i'll try to do my best in future songs

Unlike you, I think this fits cuteness. It is soft, not loud. I felt the cute word ,n the music, but everyone's opinion can be different.

 

Yeah, I agree that Olux, Rodoroc, and HoT are probably the best tunes in the game. Those probably took a lot of work to make. For a newbie composer like you, this is very good. Keep working hard.
