Serious >corkus< New Trade Town (vote Here)

As we all know, WC1 Detlas was a trade town for a long time. Everyone could meet there, sell things, duel or test new things. The reason of this was because not everyone has money for shouts. And people wanted to interact with others, for help and other things. It had all resource that you could need.
But, I think its time to change the town.
Corkus is the perfect city for a trade town, because:
Pros:
It's the only city with Powder Exchange.
The LE merchant is next to the bank
The city is larger, you don't have to get out of detlas to make a duel, and the mobs annoy you.

Cons:
People below level 83 can't come to Corkus City.
Corkus city has only Hot Air Ballon travel for Kandon-Beda, not for cinfras or detlas.
These are not all the pros and cons, there can be more avantages and disavantages, you can post one in the comments and i'll add.

Those cons are pretty debilitating for a trade town. There's no reason for Detlas to no longer be the trade hub, either. It's fine as is.

also this doesn't deserve the "serious" tag. the "serious" tag is for sensitive issues.

 

Why is the SERIOUS tag meant to be used for SENSITIVE issues
Am i the only person who finds that kinda dumb
Like get a SENSITIVE tag for SENSITIVE issues...

Also as much as I like Corkus' layout (only town I can navigate apart from Kandon-Beda, Rodoroc and the Canyon of the Lost (not a town) I still get confused by Detlas) and Powder Exchange anyone below lvl 80 would struggle to survive as i have seen the mobs enter the city which even at a lvl 92 i can still take ALOT of dmg from them.
Detlas is just easy as many it is near ragni (for storage and trading classes to get easy access at a low lvl) provides no danger to anyone above lvl 12 unless they are idiots or have a low defence AND attack build.
Also everyone is used to going to detlas and some people don't want to move towns leading to a split population where some were in Corkus whilst others were in Detlas leading to less sales as someone selling in detlas cant talk to everyone in Corkus unless they directly message every single player on the server.

 

Cons:

This alone should be enough to indicate it's not happening. You are excluding a wast majority of players, economy doesn't work like that.

 

the serious tag is for anything that shouldn't be joked about. that's what serious means.
