    I have gathered all of the ingredients that I need, I am on the correct version and have the correct amount but the quest is not continuing.

    Maybe you're missing eggs, milk and grains?
    Make sure all grains have the same stars

    Once everything is in your inventory (not the pouch) right click on the cook to finish the quest
