Connection Issues...

So I live out in the middle of no where and I have the best connection available at the time. (1mbps) It is extremely difficult to join a world and this is common because each time I join, I spawn 2 blocks higher from where I left. I can't drop down, and the server kicks me for flying two blocks above the ground. When I attempt to join again, I spawn 4 blocks in the air, then 6, 8, 10,ect, and I am afraid of getting banned. Is there any way to fix this, either on the server or on my end? If so please notify me. Thank you
