Concentration Vs Moon Pool- Answered

Conc(new):
1-2 mana regen
-6-11% spell dam
10 hp

Moon pool circlet:
2 mana
2 int
5 sp regen
40 water set
-60 thunder def

It seems to me moon pool is better; and easier to get. Why does everyone prefer conc?

 

65 intel req, -60 thunder defense and if takes a hive voucher

Pool for water builds
Summa for sp heavier builds/ non water builds
Conc for other builds

 

Cuz they have only 1 lvl 100 and they used their water voucher on Whitecap Crown.

 

Ok. My reasoning against that:
Builds I use with this already have high int
40 thunder isn't that much.
I have too many non master vouchers

1) not everybody runs high int
2) yea, but if you use 2, 80 thunder is a ton of dmg to add to a vase weapon
3) normies only get 5 water vouchers

 

But it's thunder def...

If you go to the proper places, you can find yourself many Concentrations within loot chests. People prefer Concentration because really, they are just looking for better mana regeneration. Think of it this way: anyone who is primarily building another SP than intelligence, usually wants some mana regeneration. In the midst of having barely any intelligence, these people go to Concentration. Unlike the Moon Pool Circlet with a 65 intelligence requirement, Concentration does not have a requirement.

Furthermore, Moon Pool Cirlcet has -60 thunder defense which really sucks, because in both PvP and PvE people tend to go towards thunder.

 

Or regen heavy ones.

 

Ya, sp regen and % regen

 

Concentration is used into builds with full dmg and no int like on my Cataclysm Build i got 2 concentration
Moon Poor Circlet is more based on mana regen/int build like mana regen build or spell dmg, so one is better than the other in certain way :3
