Completed A Quest but Quest Book Is Not Being Updated

I'm currently having an issue with the quest, Ice Nations. Where I have gone to the Ghost Ship and got myself the Ancient Treasure to bring to Hallfred to complete the quest. Having done so I got the rewards for completing the quest, receiving the climbing helmet and gaining access to the blacksmith in the Dujgon Nation. But the problem is that in the Quest Book its still there and its stuck on the last step where I have to find the Ghost Ship and bring back the Ancient Treasure. The first time I went there I actually got myself 2 pieces, but that didn't work when I tried to talk to Hallfred again. I also used /fixquests command and that didn't work either.
