The quest tells me to go somewhere but there is an invisible wall blocking me!
You most likely missed a piece of dialogue that is triggered by walking over a certain point, or skipped an NPC. Perhaps you used a spell to skip the trigger? Just backtrack a bit and try talking to previous Quest NPCs, this should fix the problem! (Credit to @Donald Trump)

I'm supposed to talk to this NPC but it won't advance the quest!

I don't have the item the quest says I should have!
Try /fixquests, and make sure you have completed any related quests that could come before it. Some questlines have to be completed in order, such as WynnExcavation A-D, and Aldorei's Secret I-II.

And remember, always check your quest book!

Spoiler: The Maiden's Tower

How do I do the colour puzzle in the crypt?
The cells around the puzzle have signs that correspond to each colour. Do the math on the signs and then hit the switches in that order.

I have the Veil but the npc won't let me enter the tower!
Ignore the npc and just walk inside the tower while wearing the Veil. The npc's dialogue here is glitched.

Spoiler: Finding the Light

The Forest Guardian won't wake up!
In order to wake up the Forest Guardian, you need to have these two items with you:
Taproot: A quest item you receive upon completing the quest "Taproot."
Volt Horn: A drop from a rare mob called the Volt Goat that spawns anywhere in the Light Forest.

Spoiler: Beyond the Grave

I can't escape Death's Realm!
In order to escape Death's Realm, you need to go into the room next to Death's office, and hit the button. This should cause 8 maps to appear, which highlight one by one. Press the button in the center to type the highlighted letter on the sign, and spell the word TOMBSTONE. This causes the window across from the room's entrance to shatter.

Spoiler: Pirate's Trove

Where is the first clue?
The first clue is in the left garden near the exit of Llevigar to Llevigar Plains. (Facing the exit from inside Llevigar)

Where is the second clue?
The second clue is on top of the tree behind the item identifier.

Where is the third clue?
The third clue is on top of the fountain outside of the bank.

Where is the treasure?
The treasure is inside the eye of the one of the titan statues in Llevigar. It must be daytime to enter. (If you are standing in the bank entrance, go forward and jump onto the nose of the titan on the right.)

I need Water Bottles!
You can purchase water bottles from the new Water Bottle Merchants in both Ragni and Rymek.

Spoiler: Drought Sands

I need Water Bottles!
You can purchase water bottles from the new Water Bottle Merchants in both Ragni and Rymek. The enemies in the desert also drop water bottles. (Partial Credit to @BeeMiner)

I need Glass Bottles!
Low Level Zombies outside of Ragni now drop Glass Bottles.

Spoiler: Aldorei's Secret Part I

What do I do before I get the Sunblight Boots?
You need to find the sunflower seeds in Aldorei Valley, then go to Kaeli's House, and drop the seeds onto the four yellow carpets during DAYTIME. This should open a hole in the bookcase. (Partial credit to @lethalvixen)

What do I do after I get the Sunblight Boots?
Go to the far building opposite the entrance that Elrund guards, and find the table with a cake on it. There are two wooden pressure plates on the floor next to the table. Use them to move the red block on the wall so it lines up with the center of the flower design on the opposite wall. Then, eat three slices of the cake on the table. You can eat the cake by pressing the stone pressure plate on the table. Then, press the woodenbutton on the wall to open a secret hallway!

How do I get inside the mansion?
Wait for night time and the door will open.

Spoiler: Creeper Infiltration

Where do I get Green Powder I?
Currently, monsters will not drop powders dur to them being disabled. The only way to obtain the powder is to locate the green powder relic in Nivla Woods, to the right of the entrance on the Ragni/Emerald Trail side.

Another issue is that sometimes when a player misses a part of a movement-activated quest dialogue (tripwires that activates command blocks), some parts of the quest won't let them in into locations or the quest NPC won't talk to them.

This can be solved by backtracking your way from where you came and see if you missed anything. I encountered this problem thrice.

I think you might want to change that. It's to the opposite of the room next to Death's office / Opposite to the Master Bedroom

 

I tried dropping sunflowers in carpets in Kaeli's house (multiple times) but bookshelf still won't open.

 

It did this to me too, try switching servers and putting seeds on the carpets one at a time. Eventually it should work.

 

I tried dropping multiple seeds into each hopper, that worked.

 

The seeds have to be placed when the sun is up xD
