Warrior/Knight Help Collapse Builds?

Hey, since paladin got nerfed in the recent patch (and yes I know strobelight is a thing), my friend who used to main paladin is trying to switch to a rainbow build with collapse. I don't have much to say, really, we're looking for a high DPS collapse build. Our only limit here is no crafteds. We'll do LI items and raid rewards as well.

Edit: I wrote this kinda quickly, we are looking for a build that's adapted to 2.0. We used a prior hybrid build we found on the forums, but I THINK the DPS could go a little higher. I'm not experienced in build making, so I wouldn't know. That's why I'm here in the first place.

 

It doesn't do anything but I do encourage those un-beknowing to continue giving me free cash smile

For spell just use Morph... I tried for hours making builds to beat Morph but you can't really - even with mythic boots.
