[ Code Request ] . Attack Speed Numbers

So I was thinking of the way one would theoretically calculate dps (though actually experimenting yields results), but it would seem we really have no way of accurately doing this without knowing how fast each attack speed really is.

If the attack speeds are allowed to be released to the public, it would much appreciated if they were. However if that is not the case, I understand.

I know that identifications do affect the damage of a weapon, but ID's are not always the same and so this would be useful to calculate if I want to find which weapon's basic stats are better than which other weapons'.
