    Jums needs to rework his logic loops, and not make his code organization vaguely resemble that of a creeper shit scattered in space.
    Refactoring the code would allow other things to happen that currently can't happen because nobody KNOWS HOW TO BUILD ON JUMCODE.

    The refactor is basically a rewrite of the old coding system that currently runs the server. The result of old coding involves the outdated announcements, guild glitches, and other things that have bugged out due to flawed developing. The refactor is planned to fix these issues and hopefully improve the server's stability as a whole.

    In short, it's just a fancier code rewrite for 2017 Wynncraft.

    Code is being fixed, reworked, and rearranged to fix things and to allow for easier fixing of other things.

    Think of it as giving Wynncraft's system a nice polish.
