Clock mystery

Ok so there is basically a quest called “Clock Mystery” which isn’t a quest but is kinda like ??? where there’s no real context given on what to do (but it was already found out on how to do it kinda). It’s just the most recent information about how to do it is a bit outdated (2016) and I was able to get all the clocks but in a yt video the clock dungeon looks a bit different to what it is now and I tried everything to get to the dungeon but it doesn’t look anything like the yt video. Was the clock mystery quest removed or was the location of the dungeon just moved somewhere else?

 

It was temporarily removed due to them reworking it in the future I think
