Climbing Helmet Bug

Hello, recently I have unlocked the Zhight island quest, which requires you to traverse the Maro peaks to get Zhight his supplies back, however in order to climb the mountains, the game requires you to be wearing a climbing helmet, a brief look on the wiki revealed that the climbing helmet is obtained by completing the "ice nations" quest. I had already completed this quest and so scoured my bank looking for the climbing helmet, i eventually stumbled upon a level 44-48 unique unidentified helmet with climbing helmet as one of it's possibilities. however, rolling this item in the identifier revealed only a helm of the dead.

I've tried /fixquests and rerolling the helmet, neither of which worked
I have no other profiles so it's impossible its gotten stuck in one of those.

 

If fixquests doesn't work, it has to be *somewhere*, since fixquests will always return lost quest items when they are somehow bugged out of your inventory or you deleted it on purpose. Climbing Helmet is level 42, so I don't know why it's telling you it's in the 44-48 range. Re-check your bank to see if you don't have a 40-44 unique helmet, if you haven't identified it before. That is most likely it.

 

it's from a quest, and you cant sell/trade/drop it
Have you done ice nations yet?

 

oh whoops, then its probably somewhere
or you could get to the quest on another profile

yes thx for clarifying, this really threw me for a loop since I thought the item I found mustve been it, I found the actual culprit hiding in the back of my bank pages.
